Client Details: Cathy. No other details known except phone number and the name of the town where she lives.

ENERGY ANATOMY

Aura:

Many swirling colors. Congestion and greyness over right trunk of her body spreading across her entire pelvis, in particular her right hip joint. This indicates that there is biology present in her right hip joint.

Spiritual Layer: No clear spiritual connection with mixed beliefs about her spirituality and where God fits into her life.

Mental Layer: A lot of mental activity happening with much confusion. Mental tenseness contributing to the inability to think clearly.

Emotional Layer: Emotionally fragile.

Astral Layer: Strong connection to her physical body and the physical world.

Chakras:

Crown: Disconnection from the source or God with an unclear spiritual path and much confusion about spirituality. This connection is not important to her at this time, she is experiencing life in the physical world.

Third Eye: Very intuitive but not recognizing it at this time. Living in the lower chakras.

Throat:: Talks a lot but very surface orientated conversation. What I would call ‘pub’ talk, not high level conversation. That is doesn’t communicate on a high level about the deeper issues affecting her or her needs.

Heart: Open heart and loving person. However, a bruised appearance of the left side of this chakra indicates not only some biology but also past and possibly, present emotional hurt.

Solar Plexus: Appears to the world that she is strong in personal power however, she is easily hurt. This is indicated by a connection between her heart and solar plexus chakra’s. Her personal power is fragile at the time of this reading. Bulging in this chakra indicates this and also underlying biology within the digestive system and adrenal glands. Digestive system biology as asymptomatic i.e she doesn’t recognize the sensations that she is feeling as symptoms of underlying biology. Adrenal gland biology is experienced as tiredness and long term stress.

Sacral: A lot of emotional issues around close family relationships, those between her and her children and her siblings. The family dynamics are very volatile contributing to a lot of mental antagonism.

Base: Very grounded with life experienced in the physical world with a strong survival instinct. She is a dominating person and strong in her opinions particularly with close family which is part of the reason for the volatility of the family dynamics. Her strong survival instincts influence her to want to be ‘head of the pack’. The matriarch.

Central Channel: Restrictions in the flow of energy through the central channel further support the poor connection to God and her spirituality and the higher chakras. Also, that she is experiencing life through the lower chakras.

How Evolved: On a scale of one to ten she is around a five on the evolved scale.

Biology:

Past: Broken bones on the right side of her body. Kneecap only, however she rode show jumping horses therefore I may have interpreted the trauma of many falls from the horses as broken bones. My reading of the trauma as broken bones on deeper reading there is much soft tissue damage particularly ligament and tendon around the joints and deep muscle fibre damage.

Hormone imbalances arising from the Pituitary gland possibly HGH imbalances when younger. She does not recall having growth issues as a child but this is difficult to confirm without measurement charts.

Weakness on the left side of her heart, possibly rheumatic fever as a child or heart defect of some kind maybe a hole in her heart or a weak or leaky valve. A weakness just above the umbilicus indication biology in the aorta and kidneys this is related to the heart. Adrenal function is compromised resulting from long term stress and high circulating cortisol levels. Fluid retention within the tissues from kidney weakness. Mother has had triple bypass surgery.

Possible history of rheumatic fever or nephritis. There is no history that the client is aware of, however, she may have had either in particular rheumatic fever which was diagnosed as the measles.

Surgery on her uterus, not a hysterectomy but removal of a growth, polyps, endometriosis or a foetus. Two miscarriages but no D&C. Surgery in what form I interpreted this to mean medical surgery but on gaining more clarity around this procedure the growth was the foetus’s and the surgery was their removal by nature assisted by higher entities.

Present: Right hip pain with a connection to the kidneys. Kidney stones causing some discomfort the stones are small enough to pass but still cause some discomfort. Small amount of arthritis in the hip with a lot of muscular tension and trigger points contributing to the hip pain. She has no knowledge of the kidney stones but as they are only causing minor symptoms they are disguised by the other hip biology.

She is experiencing a little breathlessness on exertion due to the weakened heart this is not severe but is noticeable.

Hormone imbalances, age is possibly mid forties therefore, these fluctuations are probably due to pre menopausal changes. She is in her mid forties and is taking herbs to assist with hot flushes and other pre menopausal symptoms.

Also, very high cortisol levels are present primarily due to the long term stress response of her adrenal glands.

Minor hypothyroidism related to the pituitary glands function. Symptoms present but sub clinical.

Digestive system biology shows low peristalsis in the colon with resultant constipation, low bile production and a potential for gallstones due to higher than average cholesterol production. Has suffered from constipation in the past but this is no longer a problem. Mother has had triple bypass surgery.

Increased need for probiotics due to a yeast overgrowth but this is not candida. Heightened immune response related to the pathology of the gut, bowel, liver and inflammation in the right hip joint.

Future: Potential for congestive heart failure, which will also affect the kidneys and fluid balance within the body. Other issues but are considered minor compared to the heart problems. She doesn’t feel that she has a heart problem but there are many indications from this reading that she does. My recommendation is that she has a thorough cardiac check with her GP or a cardiologist.

Genetic: Heart defect, a hole or valve. No others that are really important except the heart and kidney relationship also the pituitary gland and resultant hormonal imbalances. I am certain that given her mothers history and her symptoms there is a heart defect that has never been diagnosed.
Past and genetic factor details are not relevant?

Contributing Factors:

Electromagnetic: Some because she lives near electricity transformers but not impacting greatly on present health issues. Transformers where she previously lived and had miscarriages and other health issues.

Geopathic: A little but not impacting greatly on present or future health issues.

Chemical: Environmental/ agricultural chemicals, green and blue food colorings affecting overall health. Mercury toxicity from amalgam fillings, fish and shellfish affecting and stored in her heart, kidneys and eyes. Her heart, kidneys and eyes are all areas where biology is present, she has had a Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis but I have not seen it. The results will be interesting given what this reading has shown.

Iatrogenic: Immunizations contained mercury and were given at a time when her organs were vulnerable, in particular her heart and kidneys. Difficult to confirm at this time.

Genetic: Heart defect, a hole or valve. None that are really important except the heart and kidney relationship also the pituitary gland and resultant hormonal imbalances.
Past and genetic factor details not relevant?

Causative Factors:

Mental: “I must be strong, I have to be strong.” Also, must be present, physical and secure.

Emotional: This is to opposite to the mental she feels vulnerable and weak emotionally. Emotional wounding related to throat chakra, as a child she was using her intuition to access information and express her hearts desire but when she tried to express what she believed were important issues was told that it was wrong or bad. I did not ask about this during her first interview perhaps later when a trust has been built in the professional relationship. This has now affected the three chakras heart, throat and third eye. Therefore, she expresses mainly surface issues not deeper or meaningful ones and this is casting a shadow over her emotional heart and affecting the physical heart. Other emotions that are present are frustration and anger at herself and almost everybody else. She processes mentally and expresses emotionally. Currently fed up, tired of being strong, grounded and the rock. Trigger: A issue related to her children or siblings around survival. The hip symptoms are about moving forward and change in her life now.

Life Issues: Are based around being herself, what does she really want. She spends her life doing what everybody else wants her to do and be. Appears strong outside but inside is vulnerable and suppressing her intuitive creative side. She feels that she can’t express who she is, what she wants and her hearts desires hence experiencing life through the lower chakras and restricting the heart, throat and third eye chakras.

Beliefs: She must put everybody else’s needs, wants and desires before her own. She must be the stability that holds all aspects of the family together. Life is tough, particularly because she is a woman or a little girl she must do as she is told. Her wants, needs and desires are not important because she is female and it is selfish to think of her wants, desires and needs and put them before her family’s.

Learning Opportunities:

Life’s Lessons: To have personal strength to be who she wants to be and say what needs to be said to achieve her hearts desire.

Where Playing Out Life’s Experiences: In the lower chakras and being the martyr and victim.

Life’s Challenges: Moving into who she is and what she wants from this life time. Many of this life’s lessons she has yet to learn. As she moves into her wise woman stage during her mid fifties she will recognize and move into the higher chakras.

Personal: Cathy is stuck in her lifestyle, family and community at great personal cost. This she experiences as fear, frustration and restlessness and is not sure what it is all for. She has a fear of moving into who she really is.

Summary:

Reflection of her hearts desire, inner knowing and intuition suppressed at a young age. This caused her immense emotional hurt and she cannot express fully through her throat chakra. Experiences and lives her life through the lower chakras indicated by surface living and appearances, not the depths of soul choice inner depths and inner knowing being smothered. Cathy is at a crossroads, she is coming to the point where she has to make decisions about where she wants to be and what she wants to do with her life. Her creative artistic side is pushing itself forward and mentally she is saying “I can’t do that it is too airy fairy, arty farty.” She has a strong intuitive side but is mentally suppressing it. This suppression is expressing itself physically as inflammation and pain. There is a mental and emotional tug of war happening with related fear, which is located in the kidneys and heart and also the hormone fluctuations. The hormone fluctuations are also a symptom of the female side of herself trying to come out from behind the masculine façade and be expressed. She is an all or nothing person and hasn’t yet realized that you can have a balance of both masculine and feminine and not one really dominant side.

Treatments:

Treatment will need to be very gradual over a long time as Cathy will not handle too much change too quickly, she lives her life through her lower three chakra’s.

External: Align the chakra’s and the physical body using nurturing touch.

Internal: Vitamins particularly, B group, vitamin E, good multivitamin and anti inflammatory homeopathy or herbal supplements. Encourage a whole food diet, lower refined carbohydrates and increase whole grain foods and fresh fruit and vegetables. She drinks too much coffee and needs to drink more good quality water. Introduce chlorella or chlorophyll.

Lifestyle: Cathy is or was a smoker and a ‘party animal’ and needs to maintain dietary intake to help with this. She needs to spend time alone but she will find this very confronting and distressing. This will be very difficult for her to do. Taking care of herself and begin to do something that she has always wanted to do but would never allow herself to possibly dance or painting, something creative.

Beliefs: Believe in herself and shift from experiencing life through her lower chakras to using more of her higher chakras creating more balance in her life experiences. It is okay to put herself first sometimes and this is not selfish to want to do so. It is called ‘selfing’.
